Conditions and Policy

• Rates are in euro and include service, taxes, breakfast, unlimited internet, heating and air conditioning (the tourist tax is €3.50 per day per person, to pay on the spot).

Check-in: the arrival is allowed from 14:00 to 20:00. Arrivals out of the check-in time involve the charge of extra €10,00 per hour up to a maximum of 4 hours and have to be agreed and confirmed previously by the facility. Check-in beyond h. 24:00 are not accepted. We invite you to communicate in advance to Ripetta Central Suites the time of your arrival. You can add this information during the reservation or contacting the facility using references in the booking reservation.

Check-out: the day of the departure we invite you to leave the room within and not further h. 10:00. Beyond this time will be applied an extra of €10,00 per hour up to a maximum of 4 hours.

• The Italian buffet breakfast will be served every morning, from 7:30 to 9:00 am

• Cleanings of the rooms are made every morning from 10:00 to 13.00.

• Children up to 2 years old stay for free

• Animals are not accepted

• Reservation is guaranteed just after verification of credit card details

• Your credit card details are required only as guarantee of the reservation. No charges will be done on Your credit card. You will pay directly at the moment of your arrival to the facility, except for special offers specified during the reservation

• From the moment of the reservation done by the customer, the bed and breakfast undertakes to reserve required services for required dates (we take into consideration the immediate email or fax confirmation of the bed and breakfast).

• The customer can delate the reservation with no charges up to 7 days before the arrival to the bed and breakfast.

• If the customer informs about the cancellation between 7 and 0 days before the scheduled arrival it will be required to pay the entire price of the first day of the stay. If the guest will not arrive and will not communicate the cancellation through fax, mail or telephone it will be required to pay the 100% of the entire price provided for whole stay. If the guest will arrive, but will not be intended to remain to the bed and breakfast, it will be required to pay the 100% of the entire price provided for whole stay.

• All charges in case of defaults by the customers will be applied directly using details of the credit card provided by the customer at the moment of the reservation. Every cancellation of the reservation is needed to be done through mail or fax.
